750 passengers polled on 10 flights during that period rated the Airline at 97.9% on the overall customer satisfaction index. Overall Airport satisfaction recorded 93.2% on the index while In-flight satisfaction scored 86.9%.

According to the researchers, the high satisfaction results were primarily driven by positive passenger response to the friendliness and efficiency of the cabin staff. The flight schedule, punctuality, comfort, ticket price, and “feeling of patriotism” were secondary drivers of satisfaction, the pollsters reported.
