Reduced Mobility

Gambia Bird Airlines offers passengers with reduced mobility the support required to make their journey as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Please inform us at the time of booking or at the latest by two working days before departure by telephone on +220 690 09 09 or email: telesales@gambiabird.com  about your particular requirements, even if you are travelling with a companion.

 

Special Diary Meals

In general Gambia Bird Airlines does not offer any special meals due to the logistic complexity. However as customer satisfaction is one of our important goals, we would like all passengers in need of special meals to get in contact with us by telephone on +220 690 09 09 or email: telesales@gambiabird.com about your special request. Our customer service agents will individually see how we can help. Please note that additional costs may be involved.

 

Pregnant Women

We want expectant mothers also to be able to travel safely and without any risk of possible harm to their health with Gambia Bird Airlines. For this reason pregnant women are carried up to the end of the 36th week of pregnancy. The return flight must also be completed by this time. Pregnant women may be required to present a maternity record or a certificate from a doctor or midwife confirming that the 36th week of pregnancy has not been exceeded. To rule out health risks we recommend in all cases that you should consult the doctor who is treating you before you decide for a journey in the air.
